دور المعرفة الضمنية في تعزيز السلوك الابداعي (الأطباء) المؤسسة الاستشفائية محمد بوضياف ورقلة

Abstract

هدفت الدراسة للتعرف على دور المعرفة الضمنية في تعزيز السلوك الإبداعي لدى أطباء المؤسسة الاستشفائية محمد بوضياف بورقلة،حيث أجريت الدراسة على عينة عشوائيةقدرت بـ 128طبيب من إجمالي الأطباء بالمؤسسة الاستشفائية لولاية ورقلة، ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي التحليلي لدراسة الموضوع، كما تم الاعتماد على الدراسة الميدانية وجمع البيانات عن طريق الملاحظة و الاستبيان ومعالجته الإحصائية بواسطة البرنامج الإحصائيSPSS نسخة 26. توصلت الدراسة في نهايتها إلى عدة نتائج أهمهاأن مستوى كل من المعرفة الضمنية و مستوى السلوك الإبداعي في المؤسسة محل الدراسة كان مرتفع، مع وجود علاقة ارتباط طرديةمتوسطة، بالإضافة إلىوجود تأثير معنوي بين المعرفة الضمنية كمتغير مستقل و السلوك الإبداعي كمتغير تابع، من خلال أبعاد المعرفة الضمنية المتمثلة في (النماذج الذهنية، الحدس، المهارة)، كما لا توجد فروق بين متوسط استجابات الأطباء في المؤسسة الاستشفائية محمد بوضياف ورقلة حول السلوك الإبداعي حسب المتغيرات الديمغرافية (الجنس، السن، الوظيفة والأقدمية).

This study aimed at identifying the role of tacit knowledge in enhancing the creative behavior conducted on a random sample It was estimated at 128 doctors out of the total doctors in the hospital institution of the wilaya of Ouargla, and to achieve the objectives of the study , the descriptive analytical method was used to study the subject, and the field study was relied upon and data collection was done through observation and questionnaire and its statistical treatment by the statistical program SPSS version 26 . The study concluded at the end of several results, the most important of which is that the level of both tacit knowledge and the level of creative behavior in the institution under study was high, with a direct and medium correlation , in addition to a significant effect between tacit knowledge as an independent variable and creative behavior as a dependent variable, through Dimensions of implicit knowledge (mental models , intuition , skill ) , and there are no differences between the average responsesthe doctorsIn the hospital institution Mohamed Boudiaf Ouargla about creative behavior according to demographic variables .(gender,the age,position and seniority
