dc.description.abstractLe malentendu de communication est un phénomène linguistique dû à une divergence d’interprétation d’un énoncé entre un étranger et un autochtone, c’est le cas de communication entre un français et un québécois. L’objectif de notre travail est d’analyser des conversations entre les deux interlocuteurs (français /québécois), afin de relever l’origine de ce malentendu linguistique et les solutions pour les éviter.en_US
dc.description.abstractسوء الفهم اللغوي هو ظاهرة لغوية ناتجة عن اختلاف في تفسير اللغوي للكلام بين شخصين احدهما أجنبي والأخر من سكان المنطقة.على سبيل المثال سوء الفهم الناتج عن تواصل بين شخص فرنسي وآخر من سكان الكيبك. الهدف من عملنا هو تحليل المحادثات بين المتحدثين (الفرنسيين والكيبكيين )من اجل تحديد أصل سوء الفهم اللغوي بينهما وطرح الحلول الممكنة لتجنبه-

For example, misunderstanding resulting from communication between a French person and a Quebec person. The purpose of our work is to analyze the conversations between the two speakers (French and Quebec) In order to identify linguistic misunderstanding between them and provide a possible solution to avoid it.-
