Abstract

هدفت هذه الدراسة الى التعرف على دور الاتصال الداخلي في تعزيز الثقافة التنظيمية لدى مؤسسات صناديق الضمان الاجتماعي بورقلة، حيث أجريت الدراسة على عينة عشوائية طبقية قدرت بـ 65فرد من إجمالي منتسبي صناديق ضمان الاجتماعي لولاية ورقلة- الجزائر، باستخدام المنهج الوصفي التحليلي واعتمادا على الاستبيان كأداة للدراسة. توصلت في نهايتها إلى وجود علاقة ارتباط وطردية بين الاتصال الداخلي كمتغير مستقل و الثقافة التنظيمية كمتغير تابع، اتجاهات العاملين فيها نحو ممارسة الاتصال الداخلي إيجابية و بدرجة مرتفعة ، بينما اتجاهاتهم نحو قيم ثقافة التنظيمية كانت بدرجة منخفضة ،لهذا لابدا من العمل على دعم قيم الثقافة التنظيمية و الاهتمام بها لبناء ثقافة تنظيمية داعمة للإبداع و العمل الجماعي لتحقيق الأهداف المنشودة.

This study aimed to identify the role of internal communication in enhancing the organizational culture of the institutions of social security funds in Ouargla. to study. At the end, it concluded that there is a correlation and direct relationship of( between internal communication as an independent variable and organizational culture as a dependent variable. Its employees’ attitudes towards practicing internal communication are positive and at a high degree, while their attitudes towards organizational culture values were at a low degree, so it is necessary to work To support the values of organizational culture and pay attention to them to build an organizational culture that supports creativity and teamwork to achieve the desired goals.
