Abstract

تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على اثر ضغوط العمل على الاستقرار الوظيفي من خلال أبعاده )بيئة العمل، غموض الدور ، صراع الدور ، عبء العمل ، الأجور و المكافآت ( و لتحقيق هذا الهدف اعتمدت الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي ، باستخدام استبانة وزعت على موظفي المؤسسة الاستشفائية لطب العيون صداقة الجزائر_كوبا بورقلة ، حيث تم استرجاع 41 استبيان . و قد توصلت الدراسة إلى أن مستوى إدراك ضعيف لضغوط العمل الممارسة على موظفي المؤسسة محل الدراسة كما لا تؤثر أبعاد ضغوط العمل على الاستقرار الوظيفي ، اظافة إلى عدم وجود فروقات ذات دلالة إحصائية تعزى للمتغيرات الديمغرافية ) الجنس، العمر ، الخبرة المهنية ، المسمى الوظيفي

( .This study aims at exploring the impact of work stress on job stability through its dimensions ) work envirnment, the confusion of roles, the conflict of roles, workload, the pay and bonuses( . And in order to achieve this goal, the study relied on the analytical descriptive method , using a questionnaire distributed to the employees in specialized hospital for opthalmology Algeria _Cuba friendship in Ourgla,where 41 questionnaire were returned. The study found that the level of awareness of work stress on the hospital´s employess under consideration is low and work stress dimentions have no impact on the job stability.Besides, there is no statistical significance differences attributed to demographic variables ) gender, age, professional experience the job title
