مساهمة استراتيجية التركيز في تحقيق الميزة التنافسية في المؤسسة الصناعية دراسة حالة في مؤسسة رغوة الجنوب تقرت-

Abstract

تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة أثر استراتيجية التركيز من خلال التركيز بعدي(خفض التكلفة، التمييز) الميزة التنافسية وذلك بالاعتماد على مجموعة من الأبعاد(التكاليف، الجودة، المرونة، الوقت(التسليم)، الإبداع) ومدى تطبيقها في مؤسسة رغوة الجنوب بتقرت تهدف. اعتمدنا في الدراسة الميدانية على المقابلة كأداة للدراسة حيث وجهنا اسئلتنا الى مسؤول الإنتاج، وخصصنا بعض الاسئلة لمسؤول المخبر، توصلت الدراسة على أنه المؤسسة سابقا كانت تطبق استراتيجية التركيز على التمييز ولكن لمواكبة التغيرات تبنت استراتيجية التركيز على خفض التكلفة مما يعني أن يوجد أثر لاستراتيجية التركيز في تحقيق الميزة التنافسية.
