Abstract

الشمول المالي مفهوم اجتماعي و اقتصادي حديث نسبياً ، برز مفهوم الشمول المالي على الساحة الدولية بعد نشوب الأزمة المالية العالمية في عام 2008 ، وهو مفهوم يعمل على توفير مختلف الخدمات المالية والمصرفية بتكاليف معقولة ومناسبة للجميع، وذلك من خلال القنوات الرسمية ، و يعتبر التحول الرقمي من مسرعات تحقيق الشمول المالي عالميا ، كما أن تدني مؤشرات الشمول المالي في الاقتصاديات العربية كمجموعة، بالمقارنة مع مجموعات دولية مشابهة من حيث مستويات الدّخل، أبرز الحاجة لتعزيز الشمول المالي في الاقتصاديات العربية، خاصة في ظل التطور الهائل في التكنولوجيا المالية ، لذا تأتي هذه الورقة البحثية للتعرف على مدى إمكانية تعزيز الشمول المالي في ظل تطور التكنولوجيا المالية Financial inclusion is a relatively modern social and economic concept, and it is a concept that works to provide various financial and banking services at reasonable and appropriate costs to all, through official channels, and digital transformation is one of the accelerators for achieving global financial inclusion.
