دور البنوك الاسلامية في تعزيز أبعاد الشمول المالي في الجزائر في الفترة الممتدة من 2004-2019 The role of Islamic bank in enhancing financial inclusion dimentions in Algeria 2004- 2019

Abstract

تهدف هذه الدراسة الى تحليل العلاقة بين البنوك الاسلامية والشمول المالي في الجزائر في الفترة الممتدة من 2004-2019 وذلك باستخدام نموذج الانحدار الخطي المتعدد، اشارت نتائج التقدير الى ان مؤشر الشمول المالي المقاس بعدد المقترضين من البنوك التجارية ( لكل 1000بالغ) يستجيب طرديا للتغيرات في مؤشر البنوك الاسلامية المعبر عنه بمجموع الاصول ونصيب الفرد من اجمالي الناتج المحلي، كما بينت الدراسة ان هناك علاقة عكسية بين مؤشر الائتمان المحلي المقدم من طرف البنوك للقطاع الخاص ومؤشر الشمول المالي في الجزائر خلال فترة الدراسة، كما تؤكد الدراسة على ضرورة مواصلة الجهود التي تقوم بها السلطات الجزائرية لدعم الصيرفة الاسلامية عموما لتكون داعما ومحفزا للشمول المالي. This study aims to analyze the relationship betweenIslamic banks and financial inclusion in Algeria from 2004-2019, using the multiple linear regression model. The results of the estimate indicated that the financial inclusion index measured by the number of commercial bank borrowers (each 1000 adults) responds directly to changes in the Islamic bank index expressed in total assets and per capita GDP. The study also showed that there is a reverse relationship between the domestic credit index provided by banks to the private sector and Algeria’s financial inclusion index during the study period. The study also stresses the need to continue the Algerian authorities’ efforts to support Islamic banking in general in order to stimulate financial inclusion
