Abstract

تهدف دراستي إلى معرفة أثر القيم الشخصية للعاملين على أداء الإبداعي لديهم، حيث أسقطنا دراستنا على عمال المؤسسة الوطنيةلحفر الآبار ENSP بحاسي مسعود، ولتحقيق هذا الهدف اعتمدنا المنهج الوصفي في دراستنا النظرية، بينما اعتمدنا على دراسة حالة في الجانب التطبيقي من هذه الدراسة، تم توزيع الاستبانة المصممة لهذا الغرض على موظفيالمؤسسة الوطنيةالمحل الدراسة، فقد تم اختيار عينة قصديه وتوزيع 200 استبيان على أفراد هذه العينة من موظفي، وتم استرجاع 170 استمارة، وبعد مراجعة تبين أن 166 استمارة قابلة للمعالجة الاحصائية وفق برنامج SPSS، وبعد معالجتنا للاستمارات المسترجعة أظهرت النتائج وجود أثر ذو دلالة إحصائية للقيم الشخصية الناتجة عن الأسرة، المجتمع، الدين والخبرة السابقة على الأداء الإبداعي لموظفي مؤسسة حفر الآبار بحاسي مسعود.

My study aims to know the impact of the personal values of workers on their creative performance, as we projected our study on the workers of the National Corporation for Well Drilling ENSP in Hassi Messaoud, and to achieve this goal we adopted the descriptive approach in our theoretical study, while we relied on a case study in the applied side of this study. The questionnaire designed for this purpose on the employees of the national institution under study. An intentional sample was chosen and 200 questionnaires were distributed to the members of this sample of employees. 170 questionnaires were retrieved. After review, it was found that 166 questionnaires are subject to statistical processing according to the SPSS program. After we processed the retrieved forms, the results showed There is a statistically significant effect of personal values resulting from family, society, religion and previous experience on the creative performance of Well Drilling Corporation employeesin Hassi Messaoud.
