علاقة الملكية المؤسسية بالأداء المالي في المؤسسة الاقتصادية الجزائر– مؤسسة بيوفارم- خلال الفترة من 2014 إلى 2020

Abstract

تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة علاقة الملكية المؤسسية بالأداء المالي للمؤسسات الاقتصادية الجزائرية والممثلة في مؤسسة بيوفارم الجزائر خلال الفترة الممتدة من 2014-2020 من خلال استعراض لأهم المفاهيم المتعلقة بالملكية المؤسسية والأداء المالي مع الاستعانة بالقوائم المالية للمؤسسة، وباستخدام برنامج Eviews لإيجاد العلاقة الموجودة بين متغيرات الدراسة. أظهرت نتائج الدراسة على وجود علاقة طردية معنوية بين الملكية المؤسسية والعائد على الأصول من جهة وعلاقة طردية بين الرفع المالي والعائد على الأصول، في حين وجود علاقة عكسية بين حجم المؤسسة والعائد على الأصول، وهو ما يؤكد على وجود علاقة ملكية مؤسسية بالأداء المالي في شركة بيوفارم الجزائر

This study aims to find out the relationship of institutional ownership to the financial performance of Algerian economic institutions represented in Biopharm Algeria during the period 2014-2020 through a review of the most important concepts related to institutional ownership and financial performance with the use of the financial statements of the institution, and using the Eviews program to find the relationship between the variables of the study. The results of the study showed that there is a positive relationship between institutional ownership and return on assets on the one hand and a direct relationship between leverage and return on assets, while there is an inverse relationship between the size of the institution and return on assets, which confirms the relationship of institutional ownership to financial performance in Biopharm Algeria
