تأثير سيولة الأسهم على ممارسة إدارة الأرباح دراسة اختبارية على عينة من الشركات الصناعية المدرجة في بورصة عمان خلال الفترة 2015- 2020

Abstract

تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى إختبار تأثير سيولة الأسهم على ممارسات إدارة الأرباح لعينة مكونة من 18 شركة صناعية مدرجة في بورصة عمان الأردن خلال الفترة 2015 -2020، ولتحقيق هذا الهدف إعتمدت الدراسة على بناء نموذج لبيانات بانلPanel Data Model ، حيث تضمن ممارسة إدارة الأرباح كمتغير تابع"مقاسا بمعدل جونز المعدل 1995"وحجم التداول ومعدل دوران الأسهم كمتغيرات مستقلة، بالاضافة الى بعض المتغيرات الضابطة و المتمثلة في حجم المؤسسة و العائد على الأصول، ومديونية المؤسسة ومعدل النمو. وقد خلصت الدراسة الى عدم وجود علاقة بين كل من حجم التداول، معدل دوران الأسهم وممارسات ادارة الأرباح في شركات المساهمة الصناعية المدرجة في بورصة عمان خلال الفترة 2015 -2020

This study to tes concluded t the effect of liquidity on profit management practices for sample of 18 industrial companies listed on the Amman_jordan stock exchange during the period 2015_2020 and to achieve this goal,the study relied on building a model for the panel data Modc.which included profil management practices as a dependent variable "as measured by the 1995 jones average" .trading volume and turnover stocks as independent variables.in addition to some controlling variables represented in the size of the institution, the return on assets, the institution's indebtedness and the growth rate. The study concluded that there is no relatioship between trading volume.stock turnver and proufit and profit management practices in indxustrial join companies listed on the Amman Stock Exange during the period
