أثر هيكل الملكية على القرارات المالية في المؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطة "دراسة ميدانية لعينة من المؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطة بولايتي ورقلة وتقرت"

Abstract

تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى عرض وإبراز مدى تأثير هيكل الملكية على القرارات المالية في المؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطة، وبغرض الإجابة عن إشكالية الدراسة المطروحة والتي تتمحور حول ما مدى تأثير هيكل الملكية على القرارات المالية في المؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطة؟، تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي لبناء الجانب النظري، أما في الجانب التطبيقي قمنا بدراسة ميدانية لعينة مكونة من40 مؤسسة صغيرة ومتوسطة في ولايتي ورقلة وتقرت وذلك اعتمادا على تقنية الاستبيان والاستعانة ببرنامج (SPSS). ومن أهم النتائج التي توصلت إليها دراستنا هي أن هيكل الملكية له تأثير على القرارات المالية (قرار الاستثمار، قرار التمويل وقرار توزيع الأرباح) بعلاقة طردية بدرجة متوسطة، وهذه القرارات يؤثر إحداها على الأخر، إذ أن قرار التمويل يحدد لنا حجم ونوع قرار الاستثمار الذي ستتخذه، وهو الذي يحدد لنا سياسة توزيع الأرباح المتبعة من خلال النتائج والأرباح التي يحققها، وأن قرار التمويل هو أهم قرار في المؤسسة إذ على إثره تتخذ باقي القرارات المالية،كما نلاحظ أنها لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى الدلالة (0.05=α) بين إجابات العمال حول القرارات المالية تبعا لخصائص (عدد العمال، الشكل القانوني، طبيعة النشاط)

This study aims to show the influence of the structure property on the finical decision on the small and medium enterprise and the aim to find answers on the problems treated on the study which bases on the influence of structure property on the finical decisions on the medium and small enterprise, we have used the descriptive method to build the theoretical part, but on the practical part we have used study field composed of 40 small and medium enterprise on the Willaya of Ouargla and Tougourout and we have focused on the survey method and the program of (SPSS). The main results we have find in our study are the structure property has an influence on the finical decisions (investment decision, finance decision, profit distribution) on the positive relationship with medium degree and this decisions one influences the other in which the finance decision determines the size and category of investment decision will be taken. And this one will determines the policy of distribution of the profits taken from the results and the projects that will be achieved and the finance decision is one of the important decision on the enterprise. as a result all the other decisions will be taken depends on it, as we have noted there is no difference of inductive relationship on the inductive level (α=0.05)between the answers of the employers, on the finance decision related to the properties (the number of the employers, legal form, the activity nature)
