Abstract

The study aims to identify the impact of the organizational climate on jobburnout fromthe point of view of the workers at Mohamed Boudiaf Hospital in Bourgla. Using the statistical analysis program spss.Where we designed a questionnaire that included 49 items in order to collect the primary information for the study sample, and in light of that, data were collected, analyzed and hypotheses were tested using the statistical packages for the social sciences. After conducting the analysis process for the study data and its hypotheses, the study reached a number of results, the most important of which was the presence of a statistically significant effect between the organizational climate on job burnout. The most important recommendations were to take into account the improvement of the organizational climate within the institution.

تهدف الدراسة إلى التعرف على أثر المناخ التنظيمي على الاحتراق الوظيفي من وجهة نظر العاملين بمستشفى محمد بوضياف بورقلة، ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة تم الاعتماد على الاستبيان كأداة رئيسية لجمع البيانات، إذ تمكنا من جمع 94 استبيان صالحة للتحليل الإحصائي، حيث قمنا بتحليل هذه البيانات عن )طريق استخدام برنامج التحليل الإحصائيSpss) حيث قمنا بتصميماستبيانة شملت 49 فقرة وذلك لجمع المعلومات الأولية لعينة الدراسة وفي ضوء ذلك جرى جمع البيانات وتحليلها واختبار الفرضيات باستخدام الحزم الإحصائية للعلوم الاجتماعية . وبعد إجراء عملية التحليل لبيانات الدراسة وفرضياتها توصلت الدراسة إلى عدد من النتائج كان أهمها وجود تأثير ذات دلالة إحصائية بين المناخ التنظيمي على الاحتراق الوظيفي وكانت أهم التوصيات هي الأخذ بعين الاعتبار تحسين المناخ التنظيمي داخل المؤسسة .
