إشكالية التمويل في المؤسسات الناشئة في الجزائر دراسة حالة الصندوق الوطني لتمويل ASFالشركات الناشئة خلال الفترة 2020-2022

Abstract

تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى إبراز تجربة الجزائر في تمويل الشركات الناشئة وأهم المعوقات التي تعاني منها بتسليط الضوء على التمويل عن طريق الصندوق الوطني لتمويل الشركات الناشئة،وهذا لإبراز الدور الفعال للتمويل وتوضيح أهمية الاستثمار الجريء في المشاريع الناشئة وآليات تفعيل دور الصندوق في الجزائر من خلال إحصائياته منذ تأسيسه إلى غاية إنجاز هذه الدراسة وتحليلها. مع عرض تجارب شركات ناشئة جزائرية:شركة GARINI الناشطة في مجال الخدمات،وشركة Robokidz Academy Algeria الناشطة في مجال الذكاء الإصطناعي الموجه للأطفال والشباب،وشركة SARL ARTEC INT الناشطة في مجال رقمنة وتطوير أنظمة الشركات الكبرى.وقد تمت الدراسة من خلال استعمال النسب المئوية للمعطيات الإحصائية للصندوق،و كشفت الدراسةعن وجود ضعف في التوعية والتحسيس لدى الشباب المقاول وعدم تمكنه من المعلومات الخاصة بالصندوق وآليات التمويل في بعض مناطق الوطن،والذي يتركز نشاطه في غيرها،مع ملاحظة بطأ الاجراءات التمويلية من لحظة التسجيل في المنصة الرقمية الى الحصول على التمويل،وهذا ما جعله خيارا مستقطبا من الشباب المقاول لكنه ليس الوحيد

This study aims to highlight Algeria’s experience in financing startups and the most important obstacles it suffers from by highlighting financing through the National Fund for Financing Startups, and this is to highlight the effective role of financing and to clarify the importance of bold investment in emerging projects and mechanisms to activate the role of the Fund in Algeria through its statistics since It was established until the completion and analysis of this study.
