Abstract

إن الهدف الأساسي من هاته الدراسة هو اجراء اسقاطات سكانية تخص فئة المتمدرسين لمعرفة وتقدير الاحتياجات المستقبلية للطورين الابتدائي والثانوي في الجزائر من أساتذة، ومدارس ونفقات وهذا لا يمكن ان يتأتى دون معرفة الحجم المستقبلي لفئة التلاميذ في كلا الطورين لذلك قمنا بوضع مجموعة من السيناريوهات لتغير الظواهر الديمغرافية المتحكمة في النمو السكاني في المستقبل باستخدام برنامج الطيف الديمغرافي انطلاقا من سنة 2018 وصولا إلى سنة 2050، ذلك لان تحقيق أي تنمية في أي بلد لا يكون الا بوجود مورد بشري مكون ومؤهل وهذا لا يتأتى الا عن طريق التعليم الجيد الذي تتوفر فيه جميع شروط التحصيل العلمي الواجب توفيرها.The most important aim of this study is to conduct population projections for the educated class to know and estimate the future needs of the primary and secondary stages in Algeria in terms of teachers, schools and expenses, and this cannot happen without knowing the future size of the class of students in both stages, so we have developed a set of scenarios To change the demographic phenomena controlling population growth in the future by using the demographic spectrum program from the year 2018 to the year 2050, because the achievement of any development in any country is only with the presence of a trained and qualified human resource, and this can only be achieved through the quality education that is available in it All educational attainment conditions that must be met
