Abstract

ما زالت الأمم والشعوب تدافع عن هوياتها بشتى الطرق ومختلف الوسائل لصد هجوم العولمة على مقوماتها الثقافية التي تتجسد الهوية من بعض سماتها، فالعولمة وإن كانت تعني في مفهومها المثالي بناء عالم واحد، أساسه توحيد المعايير الكونية، وتحرير العلاقات الدولية، والسياسية والاقتصادية، وتقريب الثقافات، ونشر المعلومات، وعالمية الإنتاج المتبادل، وانتشار التقدم التكنولوجي، وعالمية الإعلام .. إلا أنها في عالم الواقع تعتبر عملية إلحاقية انتقائية، تقسم العالم إلى عالمين: عالم القوى الكبرى ذات المصالح المتبادلة، والمؤسسات العالمية، والشركات العملاقة، وعالم الدول النامية أو الضعيفة. والعالم الثاني عليه أن يقبل دور التابع للعالم الأول، وحتى طاقاته التكنولوجية القليلة التي طورت بشق الأنفس يتم استنزافها والاستيلاء عليها بواسطة دول العالم الأول. وتبحث هذه الورقة البحثية في آليات عولمة هوية المجتمع المحلي من منظور الصراع. Abstract : The nations and peoples have never stopped to defend their identities in various ways and various means to repel the attack of globalization on the merits of cultural embodied identity of some of its characteristics, so globalization even if in its ideal concept means the construction of a unique world, the basis of standardization of cosmic, the liberalization of international political and economic relations, and bring the cultures , and the dissemination of information, mutual and global production, and the spread of technological progress, and international media .. But in the real world is a follow-selective process, divides the world into two worlds: the world of big powers of mutual interest, international institutions, giant corporations and the world of developing or weak countries. The second the world has to accept the role of the dependent to the first world, and even the few technological energies painstakingly developed are depleted and captured by countries in the the first world.
