The issue of the development of indicators of interest in education is one of the most important indicators and measurement criteria related to the evaluation of education policies, especially in Algeria, in line with the requirements of achieving the harmony required by development and ensuring that the outcomes of the educational process are consistent with their relationship with the market and society. For this reason, education reform is based on defining the objectives of the reform process, which, according to the logic of effectiveness, must be based on openness and continuity, improving the quality of output, but reality and the circumstances of change have led us to a global gap at the expense of quality, integration at the expense of privacy, and the primacy of quantitative logic at the expense of quality. And the continued reliance on indoctrination in exchange for limited research promotion. The need to create enabling conditions and invest in human resources requires today to rely on a proactive outlook in which education is a tool for investment and not just a public service.en_US
