Abstract: In 2013, China presented a giant project for bilateral and multilateral international partnership and promoted it through the Forum on African-Chinese Cooperation, to obtain an effective response from the countries of the African continent. Removing the colonial past in the partnership model that I previously presented. Algeria, like the rest of the African countries, aspires to obtain a share of the Chinese partnership project, which will enable it to get rid of the association with the European Community, and compensate for the loss of development opportunities that China is preparing to provide to Algeria, and in all fields, without Algeria having to give up its wealth or sovereignty and the independence of its political and economic decision
