Abstract

هدفت هذه الدراسة الى البحث في أثر الفساد المالي على الاستثمار الأجنبي المباشر في الجزائر، وذلك بتقييم المناخ الاستثماري باتباع المنهج الوصفي التحليلي لوضع الجزائر ضمن المؤشرات الدولية خلال الفترة (2010-2022)، وتوصلت الدراسة الى ان تفشي الفساد في الجزائر جعلها تصنف في المراتب الأخيرة حسب مؤشر مدركات الفساد، وضمن منطقة الحرية المعدومة لمؤشر الحرية الاقتصادية، وجعل منها بيئة غير ملائمة للاستثمار حسب مؤشر سهولة أداء الأعمال، ما أثر سلبا على تدفقات الاستثمار الأجنبي المباشر. This study aimed to investigate the impact of financial corruption on foreign direct investment in Algeria by assessing the investment climate through the analytical descriptive approach to Algeria's position in international indicators during the period (2010-2022). The study found that the prevalence of corruption in Algeria ranks it in recent ranks according to the Perceptions of Corruption Index, within the area of zero freedom of the Economic Freedom Index, and rendered it an inappropriate environment for investment according to the EBI, which has a negative impact on FDI flows.
