تجليات الجريمة الالكترونية عبر المنصات الاجتماعية على المستخدمين دراسة استكشافية على عينة من ضحايا الجريمة الالكترونية عبر الفيسبوك

Abstract

تهدف هذه الدراسة للتعرف على أشكال الجريمة الإلكترونية التي قد يتعرض لها مستخدموا الفيس بوك، بالإضافة إلى محاولة الكشف عن عادات وأنماط من خلال استخدامهم لمنصة الفيس بوك مما أدى بهم للوقوع كضحايا للجريمة الإلكترونية، إلى جانب تفسير العلاقة بين كشف المستخدمين عبر الفيس بوك لهويتهم وبين وقوعهم كضحايا للجريمة الإلكترونية، كذلك معرفة الآثار النفسية والاجتماعية المترتبة عن الجرائم الإلكترونية على مستخدمو الفيس بوك، و أخيرا البحث عن الإجراءات البعدية التي قام بها الضحايا بعد تعرضهم للجريمة الإلكترونية . تعتبر هذه الدراسة من الدراسات الإستكشافية التي تعنى بتوفير المعلومات حول الظاهرة المدروسة لتساعد في تحليل وتفسير العلمي لها، حيث اعتمدت الباحثتان على المنهج المسحي الذي يقوم على وصف وتشخيص ظاهرة ما وجمع البيانات وتصويرها كما هي في الواقع . أدوات البحث والتقصي: تم الاستعانة بأداة المقابلة وتم تطبيقها على عينة قوامها 13 مفردة مختارة بطريقة قصدية لنتوصل لتسجيل النتائج التالية: - من ناحية عادات وأنماط استخدام المبحوثين للفيس بوك تبين أن أغلب أفراد العينة يستخدمونه بشكل مكثف( أكثر من ثلاث ساعات ) . - تبين للباحثتان أن أغلب أفراد العينة لا يعتمدون الخصوصية في صفحتهم الشخصية عبر الفيس بوك. - جل أفراد العينة انتابهم الشعور بالخوف و القلق عند معرفتهم بأنهم وقعوا في جريمة إلكترونية . - أغلب أفراد العينة بلغوا بعد مدة من تعرضهم لجريمة إلكترونية، وأن معظم أفراد العينة أصبحوا حرصين على الصيانة الأمنية لحسباتهم بعد الجريمة الإلكترونية التي تعرضوا لها .

This study aims to identify the forms of electronic crime that Facebook users may be exposed to, in addition to trying to detect habits and patterns through their use of the Facebook platform, which led them to fall as victims of electronic crime, as well as to explain the relationship between users' disclosure through Facebook of their identity and their occurrence. As victims of cybercrime, as well as knowing the psychological and social effects of cybercrime on Facebook users, and finally searching for the dimensional measures taken by the victims after exposure to cybercrime. This study is considered one of the exploratory studies that is concerned with providing information about the studied phenomenon to help in the analysis and scientific interpretation of it. Research and investigation tools: The interview tool was used and applied to a sample of 13 individuals that were deliberately chosen to record the following results: -In terms of the habits and patterns of the respondents' use of Facebook, it was found that most of the respondents used it intensively (more than three hours). -The researchers found that most of the respondents do not adopt privacy on their personal Facebook page. - Most of the respondents felt fear and anxiety when they learned that they had committed an electronic crime. - Most of the respondents have reached puberty after a period of exposure to an electronic crime, and that most of the respondents have become keen on maintaining the security of their accounts after the electronic crime they were subjected to.
