Abstract

تهدف الدراسة الحالية للكشف عن مستوى العبء الذهني لدى الممرضين العاملين في القطاع الصحي بمصلحة الاستعجالاتبمستشفى ورقلة كما تسعي كذلك لمعرفة الفروق لدى العينة في مستوى العبء الذهني باختلاف ( الجنس ، المناوبة ، الخبرة ) طبقت الدراسة على عينة قوامها 70 ممرض و ممرضة بمصلحة الاستعجالات بمستشفى محمد بوضياف ورقلة وقد اتبعنا المنهج الوصفي الاستكشافي،باستعمال مقياس العبء الذهني و تم انتقائهم بطريقة عشوائية بسيطة . و قد أسفرت الدراسة الى النتائج التالية: مستوى العبء الذهني لدى العاملين بمصلحة الاستعجالات مرتفع. وجود فروق ذات دلالة احصائية في مستوى العبء الذهني لدى العاملين بمصلحة الاستعجالات تبعا لمتغير الجنس لصالح الذكور. وجود فروق ذات دلالة احصائية في مستوى العبء الذهني لدى العاملين بمصلحة الاستعجالات تبعا لمتغير المناوبة. لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة احصائية في مستوى العبء الذهني لدى العاملين بمصلحة الاستعجالات تبعا لمتغير الخبرة.

The current study aims to detect the level of mental burden among nurses working in the health sector in the emergency department of Ouargla Hospital. It also seeks to find out the differences among the sample in the level of mental burden according to (gender, shift, experience). The study was applied to a sample of 70 male and female nurses in the emergency department of Mohamed Hospital. Boudiaf Ouargla We have followed the descriptive exploratory method, using the mental burden scale, and they were selected in a simple random way. The study resulted in the following results: The level of mental burden among emergency department workers is high There are statistically significant differences in the level of mental burden among emergency department workers, according to the gender variable in favor of males. There are statistically significant differences in the level of mental burden among emergency department workers, according to the shift variable. There are no statistically significant differences in the level of mental burden among emergency department workers, according to the experience variable.
