دور التكنولوجيا الرقمية في تطوير مكتسبات المعرفة العلمية لدى أساتذة التعليم الثانوية دراسةميدانية عينة من آساتذة ثانوية العربي قويدر بورقلة "2023 "

Abstract

تلخيصا لدراستنا هذه نجد أن التكنولوجيا الرقمية التي أصبحت بمثابة حجر الأساس في تسيير العمل التعليمي والتي ساهمتفي تطوير الأداء لدى أساتذة ثانوية العربي قويدر، ففي ظل تعاظم قوة التكنولوجيا الرقمية وبالنظر للميزات الهامة التي جاءت بهاتشكلت أبعاد وتأثيرات مختلفة مقارنتا بفترات سابقة ، حيث اليوم زاد استخدام هذه التقنيات الرقمية لما لها من أهمية بالغة وبعددراستنا استنتجنا ان هذه التقنيات والوسائل الرقمية التكنولوجيا اصبحت نقطة قوة لدى المؤسسات التعليمة بشكل عام وخدمت الأساتذة بشكلخاص حيث صارت شريكاً هاماً في صناعة التميز والتفوق ومواكبة التغيرات والتطورات في مجال التعليم . فالتكنولوجيا يمكن أن نقول أنها ساهت في خلق بيئة تمتاز بالمرونة والسلاسة داعمة للتطور و سبيل المقاومة العوائق التي كانتتواجه بعض الأساتذة في مهمة التعليم ، كما نجد أيضا رأي مخالف يشير الى أن هذه الجملة من التقنيات قد تكون شكل من اشكالالإستهلاك المضر بديناميكية العمل التعليمي وقد يسوق بعض الاساتذة الى إستهلاك بعض المعلومات وتقديمها للتلاميذ وقد تكون غيرمضبوطة أو ذو مصادر غير معتمدة وهذا نتيجة لرأي فئة قليلة من الأساتذة المبحوثين او بإختصار يجدون أن هذه التكنولوجيات الرقميةالحديثة قد أنقصت من مصداقية بعض المعلومات التي قد يستاقونها من المنصات او من المواقع الالكترونية وغيرها عكس ما تقدمهالكتب والمقررات من مواد ذو مصداقية وقيمة علمية ثابتة في هذا المجال العلمي.

In summary of our study, we find that digital technology, which has become a cornerstone in the conduct of educational work, has contributed to the development of performance among the teachers of Al-Arabi Qweider High School. The use of these digital technologies has increased because of their great importance, and after our study, we concluded that these technologies and digital means have become a point of strength for educational institutions in general and have served teachers in particular, as they have become an important partner in the industry of distinction and excellence and keep abreast of changes and developments in the field of education. Technology can be said to have contributed to the creation of an environment that is characterized by flexibility and smoothness, supportive of development, and a way of resisting the obstacles that some teachers faced in the task of teaching. We also find a dissenting opinion indicating that this set of technologies may be a form of consumption that is harmful to the dynamic of educational work. Some teachers tend to consume some information and present it to students, and it may not be correct or with unaccredited sources, and as a result of the opinion of a small group of professors surveyed, or in short, they find that these modern digital technologies have decreased the credibility of some information that they may get from platforms or from websites and others. Contrary to what books and courses offer of credible materials and consistent scientific value in this scientific field.
