أساليب التفكير السائدة لدى مستشاري التوجيه دراسة ميدانية لبعض ثانويات ولاية ورقلة وتقرت

Abstract

دراسة جاءت هاته للكشف عن أساليب التفكير السائدة لدى مستشاري التوجیه نظرا للأهمية التي يتبوؤها التوجيه المدرسي، باعتماده على أساليب البحث التربوي الملائمة التي توفرها له خدمات التوجيه المختلفة، ومن هذا المنطلق جاء التساؤل الرئیسي التالي: ما هي أساليب التفكير السائدة لدى مستشاري التوجيه والإرشاد بالمؤسسات التعليمية (الطور الثانوي) ؟ وتضمنت دراستناالفرضیات التالية: لمستشاري التوجیه أساليب تفكير ایجابیة بدرجة متوسط لمهامهم في ظل التوجيه و الإرشاد المدرسي بالمؤسسات التعليمية للطور الثانوي.كما أنه توجد أساليب تفكير ایجابیة بدرجة متوسطة لمهامهم نحو مجال التوجیه المدرسيبالمؤسسات التعليمية للطور الثانوي .وهذا ماأدى إلى وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائیة في أساليب تفكير مستشاري عینة الدراسة نحو مهامهم تبعا لمتغیر التخصص والأقدمية . وقد تم استخدام المنهج التحلیلي الوصفي وهذا لوصف الظاهرة المدروسة و تحلیلها كما و كیفا و تفسیر البیانات وإبراز أساليب تفكير مستشاري التوجیه، كما تم الاعتماد على أداة جمع البیانات و التي تمثلت في استمارة الاستبیان

The current study aimed to reveal the prevailing thinking methods of guidance counselors, given the importance that school guidance assumes, by relying on appropriate educational research methods provided by the various guidance services. From this standpoint, the following main question came: What are the prevailing methods of thinking in educational institutions (secondary stage) from the point of view of guidance counselors for the states of Ouargla and Tougrit? The subject of the study included the following hypotheses: Guidance counselors have moderately positive thinking styles for their tasks under school guidance and counseling in secondary educational institutions. -The guidance and school counseling counselors have moderately positive thinking methods for their tasks towards the field of school guidance in educational institutions for the secondary stage. _ There are statistically significant differences in the methods of thinking of the study sample consultants towards their tasks according to the specialization variable. _ There are statistically significant differences in the thinking styles of consultants from the study sample towards their tasks according to the seniority variable. The descriptive analytical approach was adopted to describe the studied phenomenon, analyze it quantitatively and qualitatively, interpret the data, and highlight the thinking methods of the guidance counselors. The data collection tool, which was the questionnaire, was relied upon.
