استخدام الحماية المدنية لوسائل الاتصال في نشر حملات التوعية دراسة ميدانية على عينة من سكان حي سعيد ولاية ورقلة.

Abstract

تناولنا من خلال موضوع "استخدام الحماية المدنية لوسائل الاتصال في نشر حملات التوعية " انطلقت الدراسة بسؤال الاشكالية ما هو أثر استخدام الحماية المدنية لوسائل الاتصال في نشر حملات التوعية لدى سكان حي سعيد ورقلة " وتفرعت عنه مجموعة أسئلة:- كيف تساهم وسائل الاتصال التي توظفها الحماية المدنية في حملات التوعية لتقليل من الحوادث؟-ماهي الإشباعات المحققة لدى سكان حي سعيد من استخدام وسائل الاتصال في حملات التوعية؟-كيف تفاعل سكان حي سعيد مع مختلف حملات التوعية التي تقوم بها الحماية المدنية؟، هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى:- معرفة الإشباعات المحققة لدى سكان سعيد من استخدام وسائل الاتصال في حملات التوعية، التعرف على طريق تفاعل سكان حي سعيد مع مختلف حملات التوعية التي تقوم بها الحماية المدنية ،معرفة مساهمة وسائل الاتصال التي توظفها الحماية المدنية في حملات لتقليل من الحوادث، يمثل مجتمع الدراسة في سكان ولاية ورقلة. تم الاعتماد على عينة قصدية وتمثلت في 80مفردة وتم الاعتماد في هذه الدراسة على منهج الوصفي المسحي، كما تم استخدام أداة المقابلة والاستبيان لجمع البيانات التي تزفها الحماية المدنية فيت، كما تم الاعتماد على نظرية الاستخدامات والإشباعات، توصلت الدراسة إلى نتائج أهمها: -إن وسائل التي توظفها الحماية المدنية في حملات التوعية تساهم بشكل كبير في توعية المبحوثين وذلك لتنوع هذه الوسائل، فنجد وسائل سمعية بصرية، وسائل مكتوبة، وسائل مباشرة، بالإضافة إلى مواقع تواصل الاجتماعي. - يحقق استخدام وسائل الاتصال في حملات التوعية إشباعات شتى لسكان حي سعيد وذلك لإن هذه الوسائل جعلت تلقى هذه المعلومات أكثر تأثيرا وفاعلية. - يتفاعل المبحوثين مع مختلف الحملات التي تقدمها الحماية المدنية وذلك عن بطرق عديدة، فأحيانا يشاركون هذه المعلومات مع محيطهم لأن هذه المعلومات ساهمت في تشكيل الوعي لديهم.

Through the topic of "Civil Protection's use of means of communication in spreading awareness campaigns", the study began with the problematic question what is the impact of the use of civil protection of means of communication in spreading awareness campaigns among the residents of Saeed neighborhood and Ouargla. Awareness carried out by the Civil Protection?this study aimed to: - Knowing the gratifications achieved among the residents of Said from the use of means of communication in awareness campaigns. - Identify the way in which the residents of Saeed neighborhood interact with the various awareness campaigns carried out by the Civil Protection. - To know the contribution of the means of communication employed by the Civil Protection in campaigns to reduce accidents, representing the study population in the wilaya of Ouargla. A non-probability sample was relied on and represented in 80 items, and this study was based on the descriptive survey method, and the interview and questionnaire tool was used to collect data that are falsified by the Civil Protection The study also relied on the theory of uses and gratifications, the study reached the most important results: - The means employed by civil protection in awareness campaigns contribute significantly to the awareness of respondents due to the diversity of these means, we find audiovisual means, written means, direct means, in addition to social networking sites. - The use of means of communication in awareness-raising campaigns achieves various gratifications for the residents of Hay Sa'id, because these means have made the receipt of this information more effective and effective. - Respondents interact with the various campaigns provided by the Civil Protection in many ways, sometimes they share this information with their surroundings because this information contributed to the formation of their awareness.
