Contribution à la fabrication du Panneaux Sandwitch

Abstract

يتم استخدام اللوح العازل أيضًا في جميع جوانب المبنى وأسقفه للحماية من العوامل الخارجية، حيث أن طلاءه مصنوع من مواد عازلة سميكة منخفضة الكثافة بين سطحين معدنيين رفيعي المستوى عالي الكثافة، يتم إنتاج هذه الألواح في خطوط مستمرة جاهزة للتركيب المباشر، وعلى الرغم من وزنها الخفيف، إلا أنها تتمتع بقدرة على تحمل الأوزان الثقيلة جدًا. عبارة عن صفائح مجلفنة محشوة بمادة عازلة، اللوح العازل مصنوع من مواد مركبة وخفيفة الوزن محاطة بطبقتين على كلا الجانبين من رقائق الألومنيوم أو صفائح البولي فينيل، وفي الوسط توضع طبقة عازلة، وهذه الطبقة العازلة عبارة عن رغوة خاصة ناعمة ومرنة، يتكون من مواد مثل البولي يوريثين والبوليسترين والصوف الصخري والصوف الزجاجي، يتم رصها ولصقها بالصفائح العلوية والسفلية (مجلفنة، مموجة أو ألمنيوم (. الهدف من هذه الدراسة هو التصنيع المحلي وتثمين المواد الخام المستخدمة في التصنيع، لتصنيع المواد الأولية المتدخلة في تصنيع من بولي يوريثان ولفائف البولي فينيل PVC، من اجل اقامة دراسة قابلة للتطبيق. يتم إجراء البحث على مستوى CRAPC الارضية التقنية للتحاليل الكيميائية والفيزيائية. كما تهدف الدراسة إلى الإنتاج المحلي من الساندوتش بانل محلي 100٪ والتخلص من التبعية الاقتصادية والتعرف على التقنيات المستخدمة في الإنتاج ووجه الابتكار من حيث القومية.

The objective of this study is local manufacturing and valorization of the raw materials used in manufacturing, to produce intermediate materials involved in the manufacturing of polyurethane and PVC coils, in order to establish an applicable study. The research is conducted at the technical level of CRAPC for chemical and physical analysis. The study also aims at local production of 100% local sandwich panels and getting rid of economic dependency, identifying the techniques used in production, and focusing on innovation in terms of nationalism.

L'étude vise également la production locale de panneaux sandwich 100% locaux et à se débarrasser de la dépendance économique, en identifiant les techniques utilisées dans la production et en mettant l'accent sur l'innovation en termes de nationalisme.
