تمثلات التحليل الاستراتيجي لدى الفاعلين - دراسة ميدانية في مؤسسة اتصالات الجزائر وحدة ورقلة -

Abstract

تهدف هذه الدراسة الى التعرف رؤية مدى توفر وامكانية الفاعلين في مؤسسة اتصالات الجزائر من قيام بتحليل الاستراتيجي،بأبعاده و مؤشراته المختلفة ( البنية التنظيمية ، البيئة الخارجية ،مرونة المؤسساتية ،جماعة العمل ) و لرؤية امكانية من تحسين العمل و على ماذا يقوم تحليلهم . و لتحقيق اهداف الدراسة اعتمدنا على الاستبيان كأداة بحث اساسية لجمع البيانات اللازمة حيث تم توزيع 60استبيان عمال اتصالات الجزائر وحدة ورقلة وقدتم استرجاع 58 استبانة و كانت كلها صالحة للتحليل ، و لتحليل البيانات و اختبار الفروض تم الاعتماد على برنامج spss v27 بإستخدام مجموعة الاساليب الاحصائية، وقد توصلنا الى مجموعة نتائج اهمها: ان التحليل الاستراتيجي اداة او مهمة ادارية مهم يجب القيام به لتحسين مستوى مؤسسة اتصالات الجزائر وحدة ورقلة .

The objective of this study is to determine the availability and capability of those working within the Algerian Telecommunications institution to conduct strategic analysis, taking into account various dimensions and indicators such as organizational structure, external environment, institutional flexibility, and work group. The aim is to identify opportunities for improving work processes and determine the basis for their analysis. To collect data, a questionnaire was used as the primary research tool, and 60 questionnaires were distributed to workers at the Algerian Telecommunications unit in Ouargla. 58 valid questionnaires were retrieved and analyzed using SPSS v27 software and a range of statistical methods. The study found that conducting strategic analysis is an essential administrative tool or task that must be carried out to improve the performance of the Algerian Telecommunications unit in Ouargla.
