تمثلات الطلبة الجامعيين للمقاولاتية وعلاقتها بإنتاج مشروعهم المهني

Abstract

هدفت الدراسة للتعرف على تمثلات الطلبة للمقاولاتية وعلاقتها بإنتاج مشروعهم المهني وهذا من خلال الإجابة على التساؤل الرئيسي المتمثل في كيف يتمثل الطلبة الجامعيين للمقاولاتيةوالعمل وما علاقة ذلك بانتاج مشروعهم المهني؟ وتفرع هذا التساؤل إلى 3 أسئلة جزئية كالتالي 1هل المعاني التي يحملها الطالب عن العمل تجعله يهتم بالمقاولاتية؟ 2هل يؤدي تفاعل الطالب بالمقاولاتية إلى إنتاج المشروع المهني؟ 3ماتأثير إنتاج المشروع المهني على أفعال وتفاعلات الطالب؟ والإجابة على هذه التساؤلات قمنا بدراسة ميدانية بكلية العلوم الإنسانية والإجتماعية بجامعة قاصدي مرباح ورقلة بحيث اعتمدنا على استخدام المنهج الكيفي الذي يتلائم مع طبيعة دراستنا واستعملنا أداة المقابلة لجمع البيانات على عينة قصدية من طلبة الماستر قدر عددها ب20 طالب وبعد الانتهاء من الجانب النظري للدراسة تم النزول للميدان و جمع البيانات وتحليلها خلصت نتائج الدراسة إلى ان الطالب تغيرت اتجاهاته وتجددت أفكاره حول العمل ومدى مساهمة تفاعله في المقاولاتية لإنتاج مشروعه المهني تشجع الطالب لإنتاج مشروعه المهني لتجسيد أفكاره في ارض الواقع والعمل على تطوير مشروعه.

The study aimed to identify students' representations of entrepreneurship and its relationship to the production of their professional project. This question was divided into 3 partial questions as follows 1Do the meanings that the student holds about work make him interested in entrepreneurship? 2Does the interaction of the student with entrepreneurship lead to the production of the professional project? 3 What is the impact of the production of the professional project on the actions and interactions of the student? To answer these questions, we conducted a field study at the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences at the University of KasdiMerbah Ouargla, whereby we relied on the use of a qualitative approach that is appropriate to the nature of our study, and we used the interview tool to collect data on an intentional sample of master's students, numbering 20 students. After completing the theoretical side of the study, the field was taken to the field and data was collected and analyzed. The results of the study concluded that the student's attitudes changed and his ideas about work were renewed. And the extent of his interaction with entrepreneurship to produce his professional project Encourage the student to produce his professional project to embody his ideas in reality and work on developing his project.
