dc.description.abstractthe study aimed to get acquainted with the opinions of the French language professors about the reason for the shortage and weakness of the pupils’ level in this article and what are the appropriate solutions to the challenge of this phenomenon .this study was conducted on a intend sample of 4 secondary teachers of abdelhamid dar abid and 4 secondary teachers of 27 september 1997 in –sidi bel abbes-.we have adopted in this study a descriptive approach and the data collection tool was the interview to search for reasons . and the results for the this study are : -the necessity for providing a professor with a pre- academic training and an appropriate method of teaching and the etablishment of a good interactive relationship with students in order to obtain a good resulats. -the reasons for the low results are attributed to primary education and to the academic program implemented by the willful ministryen_US
