المحددات السوسيوديموغرافية للرضاعة الطبيعية في الجنوب الجزائري من خلال قاعدة المسح العنقودي متعدد المؤشرات MICS6-2019

Abstract

للرضاعة الطبيعية أهمية بالغة لأنها إحدى أفضل الطرق فعالية لضمان صحة الطفل وبقائه على قيد الحياة، و توصي منظمة الصحة العالمية واليونيسيف توصي بالإرضاع الحصري خلال 6 أشهر الأولى من حياة الطفل. يهدف موضوعنا هذا إلى التعرف على أهم المحددات السوسيوديموغرافية المؤثرة على الرضاعة الطبيعية في الجنوب الجزائري من خلال بيانات المسح العنقودي متعدد المؤشرات2019 (MICS6) لذلك فقد تم التركيز على أهم مؤشرات الرضاعة الطبيعية ممثلة في الانتشار والنوع والاستمرارية. ومن أهم النتائج المتوصل إليها أن المحددات السوسيوديموغرافية لا تأثر في الرضاعة الطبيعية سواء تعلق الأمر بالانتشار أو النوع، فيما لمسنا تأثير متغيرين اثنين هما المستوى التعليمي ومؤشر رفاه في استمرارية الرضاعة الطبيعية إلى سنتين.

Breastfeeding is of great Importance because it is one of the most effective ways to Ensure the Health and survival of the child. The world health organization and UNICEF Recommend exclusive breastfeeding during the first 6months of child’s life. Our topic aims to identify the most Important sociodemographic determinants affecting Breastfeeding in southern Algeria through the data of the multiple indicator cluster survey 2019 (MICS6)therefore, the focus has been on them most Important results reached is the Sociodemographic determinants de not affect breastfeeding, whether it is related to Prevalence or gender while we touched the effect of tow variables, the educational level and The well-being index, on the continuation of breastfeeding up to two years.
