استخدام اللوحة الالكترونية وانعكاساتها على جودة التعليم الابتدائي من وجهة نظر المعلمين -دراسة حالة بمدرستي شيباني محمد وعسال السعيد بمدينة ورقلة-

Abstract

تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على مختلف الانعكاسات التي أحدثها استخدام اللوحة الالكترونية على جودة التعليم الابتدائي من وجهة نظر المعلمين، حيث أجريت الدراسة خلال السنة الجامعية (2022-2023) على مجتمع بحث مكون من 10 معلمين بالمؤسسات الابتدائية التي تستخدم اللوحات الالكترونية بمدينة ورقلة وذلك بالاعتماد على المنهج الكيفي والمقابلة كأداة أساسية في جمع البيانات. وبعد تحليل المقابلات الميدانية بتقنية تحليل المحتوى توصلت الدراسة إلى مجموعة من النتائج من أهمها ما يلي:  إنانعكاساستخداماللوحةالالكترونيةعلىأداءالمعلمكانسلبياوذلكبسببعدمتوفيرلوحةخاصةبكلمعلمأوسبورةتفاعليةتمكنهممنمتابعةالمتعلمينوتوجيههمكمايجب،بالإضافةإلىالاستخدامالمحدودوالضيقلهاالذيجعلمنهاوسيلةلاتقدمإضافاتتفيدفيجودةالأداء.  أنهناكانعكاسسلبيعلىجودةالمنهاجفياستخداماللوحةالالكترونيةلأنهذهالأخيرةتعيقتطبيقمنهاجالجيلالثانيالذيصمموفقمتطلباتالعصرالحديثبسببافتقارهاللمرونةاللازمةالتيتسمحبأنتكونوسيلةتفيبمختلفالطرقوالأساليبالتييتطلبهاالتعليمالحديث.  ومنجهةأخرىتوصلتالدراسةإلىانعكاسايجابينوعامالاستخداماللوحةالالكترونيةفيالتفاعلوالتواصلبينالمعلموالمتعلمباعتبارهاوسيلةتحفيزيةومشجعةولكنفينفسالوقتلميتمكنالمتعلمينمناكتسابالمهاراتالجديدةالمطلوبةنظراللعوائقالتقنيةالتيتواجهكلمنالمعلموالمتعلم. وعليه فإن استخدام اللوحة الالكترونية في التعليم الابتدائي بالمدرسة الجزائرية تواجهه العديد من العوائق التي لا تسمح بتحقيق الجودة التعليمية، فهي تتطلب إعادة النظر لتساهم في تعزيز العملية التعليمية وتنمية قدرات المتعلمين.

This study aims to explore the various reflections brought about by the use of electronic whiteboards on the quality of primary education from the perspective of teachers. The study was conducted during the academic year (2022-2023) on a research community consisting of 10 teachers in primary institutions that utilize electronic whiteboards in the city of Ouargla. The qualitative methodology and interviews were employed as the primary data collection tools. After analyzing the field interviews using content analysis techniques, the study arrived at a set of results, including the following: - The use of the electronic board had a negative impact on the teacher's performance due to the lack of providing a board for each teacher or an interactive whiteboard that enables them to monitor and guide students as needed. Additionally, the limited and narrow usage of the electronic board made it a tool that does not contribute to improving performance quality. - There was a negative impact on the curriculum quality in using the electronic board, as it hindered the application of the second-generation curriculum designed according to modern requirements. This is because it lacks the necessary flexibility to adapt to various methods and approaches required in modern education. -On the other hand, the study found a somewhat positive reflection of using the electronic board in interaction and communication between teachers and students, as it serves as a motivating and encouraging tool. However, at the same time, the students were unable to acquire the required new skills due to the technical obstacles faced by both the teacher and the students. Therefore, the use of electronic whiteboards in primary education in Algerian schools faces several obstacles that hinder the achievement of educational quality. It requires reevaluation to contribute to enhancing the educational process and developing students' capabilities
