Abstract

تهدف الدراسة الحالية إلى التعرف على نمط التعلق لدى المراهق المصاب بالمرض المزمن على مجموعة متكونة من ثلاثة حالات من مراهقين مصابين بمرض مزمن (2قصور الكلوي خاضع لتصفية الدم، 1 مريض السكري) وبطرح التساؤلات التالية: ما نمط التعلق السائد لدى المراهق المصاب بالمرض المزمن. وكيف يدرك المراهق المصاب بالمرض المزمن طبيعة العلاقات الاسرية؟ ولتحقيق هذه الأهداف المرجوة استخدمت الدراسةالمنهج العيادي المعتمد على دراسة حالة وباستخدام مجموعة من الأدوات المتمثلة في المقابلة العيادية نصف الموجهة، مقياس نمط التعلق واختبار الإدراك الأسري FAT،حيث توصلت نتائج الدراسة إلى ان: -نمط التعلق لدى المراهق المصاب بالمرض المزمن هو التعلق الآمن. -يدرك المراهق المصاب بالمرض المزمن طبيعة العلاقات الاسرية بأنها علاقات آمنة مبنية على التحالفات

The current study aims to identify the attachment style of the chronically sick adolescent on a group consisting of three cases of chronically ill adolescents (2 with renal insufficiency subject to hemodialysis, 1 with diabetes) and by asking the following questions: What is the dominant attachment style of the chronically ill adolescent? How does a chronically ill teenager realize the nature of family relationships? In order to achieve these desired goals, the study used the clinical approach based on a case study A set of tools represented by the semi-guided clinical interview, the attachment style scale, and the FAT family perception test. The results of the study concluded that: The attachment style of a chronically ill adolescent is a secure attachment. The chronically ill adolescent realizes the nature of family relationships as safe relationships based on alliances
