الضوابط القانونية لعمليات التصدير والاستيراد في القانون الجزائري

Abstract

الملخص: من اهم ما يربط دول العالم ببعضها البعض هي عمليات التصدير والاستيراد بحيث تعتبر القناة الرئيسة التي من خلالها تتم المبادلات التجارية بين الدول، فهي بهذا تمثل جزء بالغ الأهمية من الاقتصاد الوطني والعالمي لذلك فانه وللنهوض بالاقتصاد الوطني وادماجه ضمن مستجدات الاقتصاد العالمي تسعى الجزائر الى ضبط هذا قطاع التجارة الخارجية المتمثل في عمليات الاستيراد والتصدير من خلال العمل على تطوير الإجراءات الخاصة بهاته العمليات وكذلك استحداث متتابع للقوانين التي من تحكمها.

Résumé : L’un des éléments les plus importants qui relie les pays du monde est le commerce d’importation et d’exportation qui considéré comme le principal canal de commerce entre les pays par conséquent il représente une partie importante de l’économie nationale et de l’intégrer aux développement de l’économie mondiale ,l’Algérie cherche a réglementer le secteur du commerce extérieur représenté par les opérations d’importation et d’exportation , en travaillant a développer les procédures pour ces opérations et en créant des nouvelles lois qui le régissent

Abstract: One of the Most important things That connects countries around the world is import and export operations, which are considred the main channel through which trade takes place between countries, therefore, it represents a significant part of the national and global economy. In order to advance the national economy and intergrate it into developments of the global economy, algeria seeks to regulate the foreign trade sector, represnted by import and export opreations, by working to develop the procedures for these opreations and creating more rules according it.
