Abstract: | The proposed vision seeks to achieve the main objective of addressing the gap between what the moral value system should be in the field of university teaching and scientific research, and the current reality of the process of modifying the ethical behavior of its members. The achievement of this main objective requires the development and activation The competencies of faculty members in developing the ethical values of the university teaching profession and scientific research in the light of the contemporary challenges, which should result in the outcome on the educational outcomes according to which the quality level in higher education is determined by activating the various teaching methods and activities, On the outputs of the students possess the knowledge, skills and values what they can do the expected roles. |
