التوجه نحو الحياة لدي المصابين ببعض الاضطرابات السيكوسوماتية

Abstract

تهدف الدراسة الحالية لتعرف عن التوجه نحو الحياة لدي المصابين ببعض الاضطرابات السيكوسوماتية وذلك من خلال طرح التساؤلات التالية: 1. ما طبيعة التوجه نحو الحياة لدى المصابين ببعض بالاضطرابات السيكوسوماتية؟ 2. هل توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في التوجه نحو الحياة لدى المصابين ببعض بالاضطرابات السيكوسوماتية لدى عينة من مرضى باختلاف مدة المرض؟ 3. هل توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في التوجه نحو الحياة لدى مصابين ببعض للاضطرابات السيكوسوماتية باختلاف طبيعة المرض؟ 4. هل توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في التوجه نحو الحياة لدى مصابين ببعض للاضطرابات السيكوسوماتية باختلاف الجنس؟ وللإجابة عن هذه التساؤلات تم الاعتماد عن المنهج الوصفي الاستكشافي، واستخدم مقياس "شاير وكارفر" (1985) ،لقياس التوجه نحو الحياة لدي عينة الدراسة ،وبعد التأكد من بعض الخصائص السيكومترية تم تطبيقها في الدراسة الأساسية على عينة متكونة من (120) من مرضى السكري،ضغط الدم،السرطان،القلب في كل من مصلحة الطب الداخلي للرجال و النساء ،و مصلحة مركز مكافحة السرطان و بيت السكري في المؤسسة العمومية الاستشفائية محمد بوضياف – بولاية ورقلة خلال الموسم 2024/2023. ولمعالجة البيانات وتحليلها تم استخدام برنامج الحزمة الإحصائية SPSS-V25 وقد أسفرت النتائج على ما يلي: 1. التوجه نحو الحياة لدى المصابين ببعض الاضطرابات السيكوسوماتية مرتفع. 2. عدم وجود فروق بين المصابين بالاضطرابات السيكوسوماتية باختلاف نوع المرض. 3. لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في التوجه نحو الحياة باختلاف مدة المرض. 4. لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في التوجه نحو الحياة باختلاف الجنس. و قد تمت مناقشة و تفسير هده النتائج في ظل التراث النظري و الدراسات السابقة

The current study aims to learn about the life orientation of people with some psychosomatic disorders by asking the following questions: 1. What is the life orientation of some people with psychosomatic disorders? 2. Are there statistically significant differences in life orientation in people with some psychosomatic disorders in a sample of patients depending on the duration of the disease? 3. Are there statistically significant differences in life orientation in people with some psychosomatic disorders depending on the nature of the disease? 4. Are there statistically significant differences in life orientation in people with some gender-differentiated psychosomatic disorders? To answer these questions, the exploratory curriculum was adopted, and the Shire and Carver scale was used. (1985), to measure the life orientation of the study sample, and after ascertaining some psychometric properties were applied in the basic study to a sample composed of (120) patients with diabetes, blood pressure, cancer, heart in both the Internal Medicine Service for men and women, and the Center for Cancer Control and Diabetes House at the Public Hospital Institution Mohamed Boudiaf - State and Wirgle during the season 2024/2023. To process and analyse data, the statistical package programme has been used SPSS-V25 the results have resulted in: 1. Life orientation in people with some psychosomatic disorders is high. 2. There are no differences between people with psychosomatic disorders depending on the type of disease. 3. There are no statistically significant differences in life orientation depending on the duration of the disease. 4. There are no statistically significant differences in life orientation by sex. This result has been discussed and interpreted under theoretical heritage and previous studies.
