Abstract

تهدف الدراسة إلى تعرف على شكل البروفيل الاكلينيكي لمرضي طيف الفصام. حيث تم الاعتماد على دراسة الحالة وبلغ عدد العينة 4 أفراد مضطربين باضطرابات طيف الفصام. واعتمدنا في الدراسة على المنهج العيادي وذلك باستعمال المقابلة شبه منظمة ومقياس المتلازمة السلبية والايجابية ومقياس الاليات الدفاعية لجمع البيانات من المفحوصين، حيث قسمت الدراسة إلى جانب منهجي وجانب تطبيقي الذي تم فيه التحقق من صحة الفرضية. وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى مجموعة من النتائج أهمها أن كل مريض بطيف الفصام لديه بروفيل معين يميزه عن غيره.
