أثر تطبيق نظام المعلومات الالكتروني NGBSS في تحسين جودة الخدمات "دراسة ميدانية بشركة اتصالات الجزائر- ورقلة"

Abstract

هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على مدى تأثير نظام المعلومات الإلكتروني NGBSS على جودة الخدمة في الوكالات التجارية التابعة لشركة اتصالات الجزائر بورقلة، وتم اعتماد المنهج الوصفي لوصف متغيرات الدراسة نظريا وميدانيا، والمنهج التحليلي لتحليل نتائج الدراسة الميدانية، كما تم اعتماد المنهج التجريبي لملائمته لمنهجية IMRAD، أما بخصوص أدوات جمع البيانات فتم استخدام أداة المقابلة لتشخيص نظام معلومات NGBSS في الوكالات التجارية لشركة اتصالات الجزائر ورقلة، وبالإضافة إلى أداة المقابلة تم استخدام أداة الاستبيان الموزعة على جميع موظفي الوكالات التجارية لشركة المذكورة، وهي وكالة ورقلة 1 ووكالة ورقلة 2 ووكالة حاسي مسعود، وتم تحليل هذه البيانات المجمعة من خلال مجموعة من المؤشرات الإحصائية بالاستعانة ببرنامج الحزمة الإحصائية SPSS Version 22. خلصت نتائج المقابلة على أن نظام المعلومات الإلكتروني NGBSS في لشركة اتصالات الجزائر بورقلة هو حل للأنظمة الفرعية التي كانت سائدة من قبل، ويتوفر على مجموعة من الخصائص المناسبة لعمل الوكالات التجارية لشركة ، أما بخصوص نتائج الاستبيان فبينت الدراسة أن نظام NGBSS مقبول بجميع أبعاده المدروسة من وجهة نظر مستخدميه (موظفي الوكالات التجارية لشركة)، كما بينت نتائج الاستبيان أيضا جودة الخدمة المقدمة بالوكالات المعنية تتميز بالاعتمادية والملموسية والاستجابة والأمان والتعاطف، والنتائج السابقة الذكر لا تختلف باختلاف موقع الموظفين في مكاتب الاستقبال والمكاتب الخلفية للوكالات المدروسة من جهة، وبين الوكالات نفسها من جهة أخرى، كما بينت الدراسة أيضا أن النموذج القياسي لمستوى تأثير نظام NGBSS على جودة الخدمة المقدمة في الوكالات التجارية لشركة دال إحصائيا، مما يعنى أن هذا النظام عزز من جودة الخدمة في لشركة اتصالات الجزائر بورقلة

This study aimed to investigate the impact of the NGBSS electronic information system on service quality in the commercial agencies of Algeria Telecom's branch in Ouargla. The descriptive method was employed to theoretically and empirically describe the study variables, while the analytical method was used to analyze the results of the field study. Additionally, the experimental method was adopted to align with the IMRAD methodology. Regarding data collection tools, interviews were conducted to diagnose the NGBSS information system in the commercial agencies of Algeria Telecom in Ouargla. In addition to interviews, questionnaires were distributed to all employees of the mentioned commercial agencies: Agency Ouargla 1, Agency Ouargla 2, and Agency Hassi Messaoud. The collected data were analyzed using various statistical indicators with the assistance of the SPSS Version 22 statistical package. The interview results concluded that the NGBSS electronic information system in Algeria Telecom Ouargla is a solution to the previous prevailing subsystems and possesses a range of suitable characteristics for the operation of the commercial agencies within the organization. As for the questionnaire results, the study revealed that the NGBSS system is acceptable in all its studied dimensions from the perspective of its users (employees of the commercial agencies in the organization). The questionnaire results also indicated that the service quality provided in the relevant agencies is characterized by reliability, tangibility, responsiveness, security, and empathy. These aforementioned results did not vary based on the location of employees in the reception offices or the back offices of the studied agencies, nor between the agencies themselves. The study also demonstrated statistically the standard model for the level of influence of the NGBSS system on service quality provided in the commercial agencies of the organization, indicating that this system has enhanced the service quality in Algeria Telecom Ouargla.
