تقييم مدى جاذبية مناخ الأعمال الجزائـــــري للاستثمارات الأجنبية المباشرة في ظل قانون الاستثمار الجديد 2008-2022

Abstract

تعالج هذه الدراسة دور قانون الاستثمار الجديد, في تحسين مناخ الأعمـال الجزائري من اجل جــذب الاستثمار ألاجني المباشر, و هو يعد كأحد الإصلاحات و الإجراءات التنظيمية الجديدة, التي تقـــــــدم ضمانات و تحفيزات تفتح شهية المستثمر الأجنبي و المحلى على السواء, للاستثمار في الجزائر حيث جاء بإعادة تنظيم المؤسسات المتعلقة بالاستثمار, و معالجة الطعون التي تخص تظلمات المستثمرين و العمل على تقليل الإجراءات التي تتعلق بالاستثمار, هذا القانون من شانه أن يعزز من تحسين مراتبها في المؤشرات الدولية مستقبلا, و حل المشكلات التي يعاني منها الاقتصاد كتبعيته لقطاع المحروقات ,و مشكل التضخم و البطالة من خلال توقعات في زيادة استقطاب للاستثمارات الأجنبية المباشرة و كذا زيادة عدد المشاريع المحلية و رفع التجميد عن بعضها و التي ستساهم في النمو مستقبلا

This study addresses the role of the new investment law in improving the business climate in Algeria to attract foreign direct investment. The new law is considered one of the reforms and new regulatory measures that provide guarantees and incentives to attract both foreign and local investors to invest in Algeria. It involves reorganizing institutions related to investment and addressing complaints from investors, as well as reducing investment-related procedures. This law has the potential to improve Algeria's rankings in international indicators in the future and address economic problems such as its dependence on the hydrocarbon sector, inflation, and unemployment. It is expected to attract more foreign direct investment and increase the number of local projects, lifting some restrictions and contributing to future growth.
