المحددات السوسيو – ديمغرافية لمرضى ضغط الدم في الجنوب الجزائري من خلال قاعدة بيانات المسح العنقودي المتعدد المؤشرات MICS6 2019

Abstract

هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى كشف أهم المحددات السوسيو-ديمغرافية المتمثلة في (السن، الجنس، وسط الإقامة، المستوى التعليمي، الحالة الفردية، الحالة الزواجية، ومؤشر الثروة) ومعرفة علاقتها وتأثيرها في الإصابة بمرض ضغط الدم في الجنوب الجزائري من خلال تحليل وعرض نتائجها بناء على المسح العنقودي المتعدد المؤشرات MICS6 2019، هذا وقد رصدنا أن معظم العوامل السوسيو-ديمغرافية لها تأثير في الإصابة بمرض ضغط الدم باستثناء متغير مؤشر الثروة، حيث أن احتمال الإصابة يتضاعف بالتقدم في العمر، ويزيد عند الإناث، وينتشر بكثرة في الحضر، كما ينخفض احتمال الإصابة بمرض ضغط الدم كلما ارتفع المستوى التعليمي، وفي الحالة الفردية بالانتقال من غني جدا إلى فقير جدا ثم إلى متوسط، وفي الحالة الاجتماعية ينخفض من أرمل إلى أعزبThis study aimed to reveal the most important socio-demographic determinants represented in (age, sex, center of residence, educational level, individual status, marital status, and wealth indicator) and to know their relationship and impact on the incidence of blood pressure disease in southern Algeria by analyzing and presenting its results based on Multiple Indicator Cluster Survey MICS6 2019, and we have observed that most of the socio-demographic factors have an impact on the incidence of blood pressure disease, except for the variable of the wealth index, as the probability of infection doubles with age, increases in females, and is widely spread in urban areas, and the probability of developing a disease decreases. Blood pressure as the educational level rises, and in the individual case it goes from very rich to very poor and then to average, and in the marital status it decreases from a widower to a bachelor.
