Amélioration De La Planification Des Besoins En Pièces De Rechange, Et Consommables Au Sein De L'ENAFOR

Abstract

Le plan de gestion des stocks comprend la planification des pièces de rechange et l'identification des éléments à stocker et à réapprovisionner automatiquement, tous ces éléments contribuent à améliorer la politique de gestion des stocks de l'entreprise.Toute pénurie prolongée de stocks peut avoir des répercussions sur l'activité de l'outil de production et peut être coûteuse. Cette étude vise à analyser les stocks de l'entreprise ENAFOR, à identifier les contradictions existantes, à comprendre leurs causes et à réfléchir à un plan d'action à mettre en œuvre pour améliorer la planification des besoins en maintenance. Pour atteindre cet objectif, nous avons utilisé l'historique des mouvements d’entrée et de sortie de stocks sur une période de plusieurs années (2018-2023) pour deux types d’équipements : le Bentec Top Drive Td-500-Ht et le Canrig Top Drive Type 8035. Nous avons examiné l'état et l’évolution des stocks en valeurs et en quantité en utilisant des outils d'aide à la décision tels que le diagramme d'Ishikawa, l'application de la méthode ABC. La segmentation par la matrice ABC/FMR se basant sur le critère de fréquence de consommation était très utile, et fructueuse.

This study aims to analyze the stocks of the ENAFOR company, to identify the existing contradictions, to understand their causes and to reflect on an action plan to be implemented to improve the planning of maintenance needs. To achieve this objective, we used the history of stock entry and exit movements over a period of several years (2018-2023) for two types of equipment: the Bentec Top Drive Td-500-Ht and the Canrig Top Drive Type 8035.
