dc.description.abstractDans la pr´esente ´etude, une mod´elisation par le biais de la m´ethode des ´el´ements finis d’un compresseur centrifuge utilis´e pour la r´einjection du gaz au niveau du champ Hassi Berkine a ´et´e r´ealis´ee. La r´esolution num´erique a permis d’obtenir les vitesses critiques, les diagrammes de Campbell, les modes propres ainsi que les trac´es d’orbite. Les vitesses critiques obtenues par simulation num´erique ont ´et´e jug´ees satisfaisantes en comparaison avec les valeurs prescrites par le constructeur Dresser Rand. D’autre part, nous avons aussi abord´e le probl`eme des vibrations excessives observ´ees `a l’´etage Haute Pression suite au remplacement de la cartouche HP lors d’une r´evision. En se basant sur des tests vibratoires effectu´es sur site, les ph´enom`enes vibratoires li´es `a la vitesse ainsi qu’`a la pression ont ´et´e discut´e en d´etail.en_US
dc.description.abstractIn the present study, a modelling by means of the finite element method of a centrifugal compressor used for the reinjection of gas at the level of the Hassi Berkine field was carried out. The numerical resolution made it possible to obtain the critical velocities, the Campbell diagrams, the eigen modes as well as the orbit plots. The critical speeds obtained by numerical simulation were considered satisfactory in comparison with the values prescribed by the manufacturer Dresser Rand. On the other hand, we also addressed the problem of excessive vibrations observed at the High-Pressure stage following the replacement of the HP cartridge during an overhaul. Based on vibration tests carried out on site, the vibration phenomena related to speed and pressure have been discussed in detail.-
