Etude comparative entre deux huilles essentielles du Faux Poivrier cas du Nord et Sud Algerien

Abstract

تم اجراء هذا العمل بهدف المقارنة بين الزيوت العطرية لشجرة الفلفل الكاذب في جنوب و الجزائر و شمالها تم استخلاص الزيوت باستخدام تقنية التقطير بالماء ’ حيث تم الحصول على مردود بلغ 1.32 في حالة الجنوب و 0.32 في حالة الشمال و تم تنفيذ عملية الاستخلاص بنفس الطريقة و مع ذلك كانت العائدات المحصلة مختلفة . تم تحليل هذه الزيوت باستخدام كروماتوغرافيا الغاز المرتبطة بمقياس الطيف الكتلي . اتاح الفحص بواسطة تحديد 91 مكونا لزيت الفلفل الكاذب من تبسة و 34 مكونا لزيت الفلفل الكاذب من ورقلة . تتوافق GC/MS التحاليل الفيزيوكيميائية لهذه الزيوت العطرية مع مواصفات

Ce travail a été mené dans le but de faire une comparaison entre deux huiles essentielles du Faux poivrier cas de Sud et Nord Algérien. Les huiles essentielles ont été extraites par la technique de l’hydrodistillation qu’a donné un rendement de 1,32 cas de Sud et de 0.32 pour le cas du Nord , le procédés d’extraction est effectué de la même manière . Ce pendant les rendements obtenus sont différents. Ces huiles ont été analysées par chromatographie en phase gazeuse couplée à la spectrométrie de masse. Le criblage par la GC/MS a permis d’identifier 91 constituants pour l’huile essentielle de Faux poivrier de Tébessa et 34 constituants pour l’huile essentielle de Faux poivrier d’Ouargla. Les analyses physico-chimiques de ces huiles essentielles sont conformes avec les normes AFNOR.

This work was carried out with the aim of making a comparison between two essential oils of the false pepper tree case of Southern and Northern Algeria. The essential oils were extracted by the technique of hydro-distillation which gave a yield of 1.32 case of South and 0.32 for the case of North, the extraction process was carried out in the same way. However, the yields obtained were different. These oils were analyzed by gas chromatography coupled with mass spectrometry. Screening by GC/MS made it possible to identify 91 constituents for the essential oil of False pepper tree from Tébessa and 34 constituents for the essential oil of False pepper tree from Ouargla. The physico-chemical analyzes of these essential oils comply with AFNOR standards.
