Abstract

ملخص: شمل الإحتراف الرياضي عدة رياضات منها كرة القدم، حيث يبرم عقد الإحتراف بين اللاعب المحترف والنادي الرياضي وكيف هذا العقد على أنه من عقود العمل محددة المدة لتوافر عناصر العمل (التبعية، الأجرة)، حيث يخضع هذا العقد للوائح تصدرها الإتحادية الوطنية وهذه الأخيرة بدورها تضعها وفق اللوائح الصادرة عن الإتحاد الدولي لكرة القدم، ويخضع كذلك لقواعد قانون العمل والقواعد العامة من حيث تكوينه وكذا الإلتزامات المترتبة عليه. وينقضي عقد الإحتراف الرياضي بإنتهاء المدة المتفق عليها، أو بسبب قوة قاهرة، بإتفاق الطرفين أو بالإرادة المنفردة لأحد الأطراف.
