أثر القيادة الأخلاقية في تعزيز الإلتزام التنظيمي دراسة ميدانية في الشركة الجزائرية للكهرباء والغاز و الطاقات المتجددة

Abstract

المتجددة SKTM, ولتحقيق هدف الدراسة اعتمدنا على المنهج الوصفي حيث تم تصميم استبيان كأداة رئيسية لجمع المعلومات، وكانت الدراسة على عينة عشوائية على 60 فرد ، وتم استخدام عدد من الأساليب الإحصائية ومعالجتها ببرنامج التحليل الإحصائي. SPSSباعتماد على متوسطات الحسابية ، الانحرافات المعيارية ، معاملات الارتباط ، تحليل الانحدار ،المتعدد وقد توصلت الدراسة لعدد من نتائج أهمها انها تتمتع مؤسسة الجزائرية للكهرباء والغاز- الطاقات المتجددة SKTM على قيادة أخلاقية قوية وفعالة ، كما تتمتع الأفراد العاملين بمؤسسة الجزائرية للكهرباء والغاز –الطاقات المتجددة على التزام تنظيمي قوي ، كذلك يوجد تأثير للقيادة الأخلاقية على الالتزام التنظيمي بمؤسسة الجزائرية للكهرباء والغاز –الطاقات المتجددة .

This study aims to analyze the impact of ethical leadership on organizational commitment in the Algerian Electricity and Gas Corporation - Renewable Energies SKTM, and to achieve the goal of the study, we relied on the descriptive approach, where a questionnaire was designed as a main tool for collecting information, and the study was on a random sample of 60 individuals, and a number of Statistical methods and processing them with statistical analysis software. SPSS based on arithmetic means, standard deviations, correlation coefficients, multiple regression analysis, the study reached a number of results, the most important of which is that it enjoys the Algerian Electricity and Gas Corporation - Renewable Energies SKTM On strong and effective ethical leadership, as the individuals working in the Algerian Electricity and Gas Corporation - renewable energies have a strong organizational commitment, there is also an impact of ethical leadership on organizational commitment in the Algerian Electricity and Gas Corporation - renewable energies.
