أثر ضغوط العمل في مشاركة المعرفة دراسة حالة الشركة الوطنية للكهرباء والغاز خدمات وحدة التموين "تقرت"

Abstract

هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة أثر ضغوط العمل في مشاركة المعرفة وقد تمت الدراسة على عينة من موظفي المؤسسة الجزائرية للكهرباء والغاز خدمات وحدة التموين تقرت، حيث اعتمدنا على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي وتم استخدام الاستبيان الأداة لجمع البيانات والمعلومات، وطبقت الدراسة على عينة عشوائية مكونة من 30 موظف وتم تحليل البيانات باستخدام برنامج SPSS V25، وقد توصلت الدراسة لعدد من النتائج أهمها: أنه يوجد أثر ذو دلالة احصائية لضغوط العمل على مشاركة المعرفة حسب وجهة نظر موظفي مؤسسة محل الدراسة من خلال كل من صراع الدور، غموض الدور وعبئ الدور حسب اجابات عينة الدراسة

This study aimed to find out the impact of work pressures on knowledge sharing. The study was carried out on a sample of the employees of the Algerian Electricity and Gas Corporation, the services of the Supply Unit of Togart, where we relied on the descriptive analytical approach, and the questionnaire was used as a tool to collect data and information. The study was applied to a random sample of 30 employees. The data was analyzed using the SPSS V25 program, and the study reached a number of results, the most important of which are: that there is a statistically significant effect of work pressures on knowledge sharing according to the viewpoint of the employees of the institution under study through each of the role conflict, role ambiguity and role burden according to the answers of the study sample
