قياس مدى جــودة التقويــم في المدرسة الجزائرية من خلال بناء الاختبــارات التحصيليــة

Abstract

هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى الكشف عن مدى توافر معايير جودة بناء الاختبارات التحصيلية لامتحانات شهادة التعليم المتوسط للسنوات 2015 إلى غاية 2019، حيث قام الباحث ببناء استمارة تحليل مكونة من ثمانية محاور لـ 54 فقرة في صورتها النهائية بعد التحكيم، تتضمن أهم معايير وتصميم الاختبار التحصيلي الجيد، وبعد التحقق من صدق وثبات الأداة تم تطبيقها على عينة عشوائية مكونة من 40 ورقة امتحانيه، معتمدا على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، وتوصلت الدراسة إلى اهم النتائج التالية: - أن مستوى جودة التقويم في المدرسة الجزائرية من خلال الاختبارات التحصيلية في مرحلة التعليم المتوسط مرتفع. - تتوفر في الاختبارات التحصيلية لشهادة التعليم المتوسط (الشمولية، السهولة والصعوبة) - تتوفر في الاختبارات التحصيلية لشهادة التعليم المتوسط المعايير التقنية للاختبار المتعلقة بعملية التقنين. - تتوفر في الاختبارات التحصيلية لشهادة التعليم المتوسط المعايير المطلوبة في طباعة الاختبار. - تتدرج فقرات الاختبارات التحصيلية لامتحانات شهادة التعليم المتوسط حسب مستويات الأهداف المعرفية. - توفر في الاختبارات التحصيلية لشهادة التعليم المتوسط المعايير المطلوبة في كتابة فقرات الاختبار التحصيلي الجيد. - تتوفر في الاختبارات التحصيلية لشهادة التعليم المتوسط المعايير المطلوبة في كتابة تعليمات الاختبار التحصيلي الجيد.

The current study aimed to reveal the availability of quality criteria for building achievement tests for the intermediate education certificate exams for the years 2015 to 2019, where the researcher built an analysis form consisting of eight axes for 54 items in its final form after arbitration, which includes the most important standards and design of a good achievement test, After verifying the validity and reliability of the tool, it was applied to a random sample of 40 examination papers, based on the descriptive analysis method. The study reached the following most important results: - The level of evaluation quality in the Algerian school through achievement tests in the middle education stage is high. - It is available in the achievement tests for the intermediate education certificate (inclusiveness, ease and difficulty) - The technical criteria for the test related to the rationing process are available in the achievement tests for the intermediate education certificate. - The achievement tests for the intermediate education certificate meet the required standards in printing the test. The items of the achievement tests for the intermediate education certificate exams are arranged according to the levels of the cognitive objectives. In the achievement tests of the intermediate education certificate, the standards required for writing good achievement test items are met. - In the achievement tests for the intermediate education certificate, the required standards are met in writing the instructions for the good achievement test.
