دراسة ميدانية لنساء مطلقات بمدينة ورقلة 2022/2023

Abstract

تعد ظاهرة النساء المطلقات في الوسط الحضري من الظواهر الاجتماعية المنتشرة في كافة المجتمعات و لكنها تختلف من حيث الدوافع والاسباب المؤدية لخروجها لميدان العمل و ذلك تبعا لاختلاف الاسباب و الدوافع التي تجعل من النساء المطلقات للخروج لميدان العمل وفي هذا السياق جاءت هذه الدراسة الحالية كمحاولة لمعرفة المشكلات التي تعاني منها المطلقات العاملات ومحاولة للكف عنها وقد تم الاعتماد على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي, بهدف وصف ظاهرة النساء العاملات المطلقات و محاولة اعطاء صورة مقربة عن اهم المشاكل التي تواجهها, كما استعملنا تقنية المقابلة من اجل جمع البيانات من المبحوثات.

The phenomenon of divorced women in urban areas is one of the social phenomena spread in all societies, but it differs in terms of the motives and reasons leading to their exit to the field of work, depending on the different reasons and motives that make divorced women to go out to the field of work. In this context, this current study came as an attempt to find out the problems experienced by divorced working women and an attempt to stop them The descriptive analytical approach was relied upon, with the aim of describing the phenomenon of divorced working women and trying to give a close picture of the most important problems they face, and we also used the interview technique in order to collect data from the respondents
