Abstract

هدفت الدراسات الى ابراز واقع تسيير المنازعات الجبائية في بيئة الاعمال الجزائرية، ويعتبر موضوع المنازعات الجبائية أحد المواضيع الجبائية المعقدة التي يصعب التحكم والالمام بها، حيث ينشا النزاع الضريبي جراء عدم الالتزام بالتصريحات الجبائية لبعض المكلفين. بغية ذلك للإجابة على الإشكالية المطروحة تم الاعتماد على دراسة حالة من خلال المقابلة بمستشار جبائي بمكتب التميز للاستشارات المحاسبية والجبائية، حيث تم التطرق الى إلى أساليب واليات تسيير المنازعات الجبائية. وقد تم التوصل الى مجموعة من النتائج كان أهمها ان للمسير الجبائي دور فعال في تسيير المنازعات الجبائية، كما ان المنازعات تعتبر وسائل اتصال بين المكلف والإدارة الجبائية.

This study aims to highlight the reality of managing the tax disputes in the Algerien bisiness environment ; and the subject of tax disputes is one of the most complex topics that are difficult to control and understand ; where the tax disputes arises as a result of non-complians with the tax diclaration of some tax payers. And in order to answer the problem presented a field study was relied upon, through an interview with a tax advisor in the office of accounting and tax consultancy; where we’ve been presented the methods and mechanisms for managing tax disputes. And the most important results has been reached is that the tax advisor has an effective role in managing the tax disputes, also these disputes are a communication tool between the tax payer and the tax administration.
