THE COST OF TREATING FOR COVID-19 PATIENTS DURING THE PANDEMIC

Abstract

تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تحديد مختلف النفقات التي تدخل في تكلفة علاج مرضى كورونا كوفيد-19- على مستوى المؤسسة الاستشفائية الجزائرية بتمنراست في ظل الجائحة، ومن ثم تحديد قيمتها ولتحقيق هذا الهدف تم الاعتماد على تحليل بيانات مقدمة لنا بالمؤسسة العمومية الاستشفائية بتمنراست، وتوصلت هذه الدراسة إلى مجموعة من النتائج أهمها تتحمل المؤسسة محل الدراسة متوسط تكلفة قدر بـ 31.526 دج لليوم الواحد بمصلحة كوفيد19، كما أن نظام محاسبة التكاليف المطبق يهمل مصاريف اهتلاك المباني والمعدات خاصة الطبية. كما نوصي بضرورة إدخال وظيفة مراقبة التسيير بالمؤسسة الصحية لمتابعة مختلف التكاليف وسبل تخفيضها وهذا للحفاظ على المال العام وتوجيهه لترقية الصحة في جوانبها الضعيفة. الكلمات المفتاحية: تكلفة صحية، رعاية صحية، تكلفة علاج كورونا، جائحة كورونا، محاسبة المستشفيات Abstract: The study aimes to determine the expenses that goes into the cost of treating corona – COVID 19- patients at the level of Algerian hospital establishment during the pandemic, and then determine its value and to achieve this goal were lied on analysis of data provided to us at the public hospital establishment.The study concluded a set of result the most important of them : the institution under study bears an averge cost of 31.526 AD, and the applied cost accounting system neglects the expenses of depreciation of buildings and equipment, especially medical, so we recommended to introduce the management control function in the health institution to follow up the different costs and how to decrease them the is to keep public money, and directing it to promote health in its weak aspets
