Algerian natural gas as a resource for achieving the energy transition in Horizons 2030

Abstract

تهدف الدراسة إلى تسليط الضوء على التوجه العام لإستغلال الغاز الطبيعي في الجزائر وذالك من خلال تقدير وتحليل حجم الإستهلاك المحلي الذي أخذ أبعاداً إستراتيجية في ميزانية الإستهلاك الطاقوي للبلاد، ويأتي ذالك في وقت الذي توقعت فيه دراسات إحصائية إرتفاع إستهلاك الطاقة الأولية وبالتالي تسريع وتيرة إستهلاك الغاز الطبيعي الذي يتوقع هو الآخر أن ترتفع نسبة تغطيته للحاجات المحلية، وهذا على إثر الإستمرار في إنجاز العديد من الإستثمارات التي تعمل على زيادة تكثيف إستخدام الغاز الطبيعي. و يأتي ذالك في سياق سعي الجزائر إلى تحقيق الإنتقال الطاقوي الذي لا يعتمد على النفط من خلال عدة برامج لاسيما البرنامج الوطني للتحكم في الطاقة آفاق 2030 والذي تعتمد فيه على الغاز الطبيعي كمصدر أساسي من مصادر الطاقة وذالك من أجل ضمان توفير الإحتياجات المحلية من الطاقة والوفاء بالإلتزمات البيئية، وإتخذت في سبيل ذالك مجموعة من الإجراءات التي تعمل على تفعيل هذا الإنتقال الطاقوي آفاق 2030، خاصة أن الغاز الطبيعي مادة طاقوية نظيفة تسمح بتخفيض إنبعاثات ثاني أكسيد الكربون مما يجعل منه مورداً ممتازاً يسمح بإنتقال طاقوي فعال. The study aims to shed light on the overall orientation of natural gas exploitation in Algeria, through estimating and analyzing the size of domestic consumption, which has taken on strategic dimensions in the energy consumption budget of the country. This is also expected to increase its coverage of local needs, and this is due to the continuation of the implementation of many investments that increase the intensity of the use of natural gas. Algeria is also seeking to achieve an energy transition that does not depend on oil through several programs, especially the National Program for Energy Control, in which it relies on natural gas as a primary source of energy, to ensure the provision of local energy needs and to meet environmental obligations, and it has taken to This is a set of measures that work to activate this energy transition in the horizons of 2030, especially since natural gas is clean energy that allows reducing carbon dioxide emissions, making it an excellent resource that allows an effective energy transition.
