الأمن النفسي وعلاقته بالدافعية للإنجاز لدى طلبة قسم علم النفس السنة الثانية والثالثة جامعي (دراسة ميدانية على عينة الطلبة بقسم علم النفس وعلوم التربية بجامعة قاصدي مرباح-ورقلة)

Abstract

تهدف الدراسة الحالية إلى الكشف عن العلاقة بين الأمن النفسي والدافعية للإنجاز لدى طلبة السنة ثانية والثالثة جامعيبكلية العلوم الإنسانية والاجتماعية خلال الموسم 2022/2023 . للتحقق من الدراسة الحالية ، تم الاعتماد على المنهج الوصفي الارتباطي الملائم لهذا التناول،حيث تكونت عينة الدراسة الأساسية من (110) طالبا وطالبة أاختيروابالطريقة العشوائية الطبقية، بجامعة قاصدي مرباح ورقلة، خلال السنة الدراسية 2023. كما تم الاعتماد في جمع البيانات على الأدوات التالية: -مقياس الأمن النفسي المصمم من طرف: " زينب الشقير" -مقياس الدافعية للإنجاز المصمم من طرف: "سعاد أحمد مولى ألساعدي" وبعدها تم التأكد من الخصائص السيكومتريةللأداتين خلال حساب معاملات الصدق والثبات قبل تطبيقهما في الدراسة الأساسية، ثم عولجت البيانات إحصائيا باستخدام برنامج الرزم الإحصائية للعلوم الاجتماعية في(spss)نسخته الثانية والعشرون(22). وبعد التحليل الإحصائي أسفرت النتائج المتوصل إليها إلى : 1- توجد علاقة ذات دلالة إحصائية بين الأمن النفسي والدافعية للإنجاز لدى طلبة السنة ثانية والثالثة جامعي. 2-لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متوسط طلبة السنة ثانية والثالثة جامعي في الأمن النفسي تبعا لمتغير الجنس: (الذكور-الإناث). 3- لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متوسط طلبة السنة الثانية والثالثة جامعي في الدافعية للإنجاز تبعا لمتغير الجنس: (الذكور-الإناث). 4- لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متوسط طلبة السنة ثانية والثالثة جامعي في الأمن النفسي تبعا لمتغير التخصص الدراسي: (علم النفس- علم النفس العمل والتنظيم- علم النفس العيادي). 5- لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متوسط طلبة السنة الثانية والثالثة جامعي في الدافعية للإنجاز تبعا لمتغير التخصص الدراسي: (علم النفس- علم النفس العمل والتنظيم- علم النفس العيادي). وقد نوقشت هذه النتائج المتوصل إليها في ضوء التراث النظري والدراسات السابقة المتعلقة بالموضوع، وختمت باقتراحات موجهة لطلبة الجامعة أفراد عينة الدراسة، والطاقم التربوي الاستشاري بالجامعة.

The currentstudyaims to reveal the relationshipbetweenpsychologicalsecurity and achievement motivation among second and thirdyearuniversitystudents at the College of Humanities and Social Sciences during the 2022/2023 season. To verify the currentstudy, the descriptive correlativeapproachappropriate to thisapproachwasreliedupon, as the main studysampleconsisted of (110) male and femalestudentswhowererandomlyselected at the University of KasdiMerbah Ouargla, during the academicyear 2023. The followingtoolswereused in data collection: _ Psychologicalsecurityscaledesigned by "ZainabAlshgheer" _Achievement motivation scaledesigned by "Souad Ahmed Mawla Al-Saadi" Afterthat, the psychometriccharacteristics of the twotoolswereconfirmed by calculating the reliability and validity coefficients beforeapplyingthem in the basic study, then the data weretreatedstatisticallyusing the statistical package program for social sciences in (spss) itstwenty-second edition (22). After the statisticalanalysis, the resultsreachedare: 1- Thereis a statisticallysignificantrelationshipbetweenpsychologicalsecurity and motivation for achievementamong second and thirdyearuniversitystudents. 2- There are no statisticallysignificantdifferencesbetween the average of second and thirdyearuniversitystudents in psychologicalsecurity, according to the gender variable: (males - females). 3- There are no statisticallysignificantdifferencesbetween the average of the second and thirdyearuniversitystudents in the achievement motivation according to the gender variable: (males - females). 4- There are no statisticallysignificantdifferencesbetween the average of the second and thirdyearuniversitystudents in psychologicalsecurity, according to the specialization variable (psychology - psychology of work and organization - clinicalpsychology). 5- There are no statisticallysignificantdifferencesbetween the average of second and thirdyearuniversitystudents in achievement motivation according to the academicspecialization variable: (Psychology - Psychology of work and organization - Clinicalpsychology). Theseresultswerediscussed in the light of the theoreticalheritage and previousstudiesrelated to the subject, and concludedwith suggestions addressed to the universitystudents, members of the studysample, and the educationaladvisory staff at the university.
