واقع استخدام الانترانت في البنوك دراسة ميدانية بمؤسسة مصرف السلام بورقلة

Abstract

 تهدف هذه الدراسة الى معرفة واقع استخدام الانترانت وتسليط الضوء على الانترانت في تحسين عملية الاتصال بمصرف السلام بورقلة، انطلقت من التساؤل الرئيسي التالي: ما هو واقع استخدام الانترانت في مصرف السلام بولاية ورقلة؟  وتتفرع منه الأسئلة الفرعية التالية:  ماهي وسائل الاتصال التكنولوجية الحديثة المستخدمة بمصرف السلام ؟  ماهي استخدامات الانترانت في المصرف ؟  ماهي معوقات استخدام الانترانت في مصرف السلام؟ واعتمدنا في دراستنا على المنهج الوصفي واستمارة الاستبيان لجمع البيانات والمعلومات، توصلنا الى النتائج التالية، تساهم الأنترانت في تحسين أداء عمل مصرف السلام يوجد العديد من العوائق التي تقف في وجه مصرف السلام عند استخدام الانترانت.

This study aims to ascertain the reality of the use of the Intranet and highlight the Intranet in improving the process of communication with the Bank of Peace in Burkel. It proceeds from the following key question: What is the reality of the use of the Intranet in the Bank of Peace in the State and the State? It has the following sub-questions: How does the Intranet contribute to improving the communication process of the Bank of Peace in Burkel? What are the motives for using the Intranet at Peace Bank Burkel? What constraints limit the Intranet's use of internal communication with the Burkel Peace Bank? In our study, we relied on the descriptive curriculum and questionnaire form to collect data and information.
